Cudos and More!

While there are numerous people out there that we would love to hug, kiss and say thank you to, it would be impossible to include each and every one of you but we would like to extend this virtual gratitude to:

Joe “Joco” Cowart - Though you sometimes drive us crazy, your willingness to drop whatever you may be doing at the time and provide a friendly shoulder has meant to world to us.  Even if it just involves sitting around watching wrestling videos, it helps the smiles to happen more often.

Brian “Stak” Allen - The communication line that you kept between us and our friends in Augusta was incredible.  Also your knowledge of similar situations helped us to understand as we went through a very tough week.  Your continued support has been above and beyond.

48Volt - Your gift of song has indeed something to lean on in the healing process.  Anyone would be blessed to receive such a gift.  To call it the “gift that keeps on giving” may sound typical but it does indeed continue to give, and THAT is not typical in any way.

Scott Hudson - You and Alexis had a very special relationship.  You are one of a few people that could be referred to with the word “uncle” in front of your name in regards to Alexis.  Sometimes love is as strong as blood.  You are living proof.

Joe & Emily Stevenson - Without the 12 Bands CD we may have not received such a beautiful song as Lights on the Boulevarde.  Thank you.

Coco Rubio - We not always agree on things but at the end of the day you are not only a champion for this great city, but a champion for it’s people.  Much love to you and your family, at home AND at Sky City and the Soul Bar.

To all the musicians of Augusta - I think you guys and gals know how much we love you.  You watched Alexis grow up and your music was a very strong part of her upbringing.  Music is important. through it we are more than just neighbors, and friends.  We consider you family.

To Metro A Coffeehouse - You guys have always taken good care of us.  Josh Pierce once called you “Augusta’s living room.”   We think of you more as “Augusta home outside of home.”

The staff at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida - You would be hard pressed to find a better staff anywhere.  Your love, respect, and comfort will always be remembered.

Sgt. Pendleton in St. Mary’s, Georgia - Your thoughtfulness and help during a trying week was above and beyond the call of duty.

Steven Uhles - No one else could have done a more touching job of reporting the happenings involving our family.  More than just  assignments, but articles of direct warmth, and sincerity.  We will treasure your words for years to come.

To everyone who attended an event, or sent a check, meal, hug, handshake, card, prayer, or thoughts - Your love and generosity continue to overwhelm and inspire us.  The time is takes to grieve is sometimes forgotten and you have continued to stick by us with understanding and support.  For that, we are erternally thankful.
